Abstract

Nowadays the pitched battle for the audience degrades viewers with increasingly more violent and pornographic programmes. Viewers stop being individuals and become part of a community.They are reduced to insipid mass condition. Civil society change will come when emigrant population which still preserves their ideals and principles reaches political pasts.
