本文提出了在拉丁美洲的一些变化，儿童和电视频道与节目的关系。由于儿童和儿童节目接收分析的新趋势新的消费形式的出现，从而发生了此类变化，但也有新的方式方案，其中涉及儿童的文字符号表示的变化。这些计划的全面实施要求调解的过程
