摘要

目前的许多调查分析了青少年在使用 ICT 过程中的风险行为(例如过度使用或成瘾),很少有人探索低风险行为的特征。目的是分析 593 名 13 至 18 岁西班牙青少年样本的社会心理方面概况。低风险 ICT 使用组使用以下方法计算:“完成学校任务时的多任务处理指数”和有关使用 ICT 的风险行为的项目。我们运用了卡方检验和 t 检验以及逐步二元逻辑回归来预测 ICT 使用的低风险。结果显示,7.1% 的人被归类为低风险 ICT 用户,其中女孩所占比例更高。其特征为:社交网络中的数字自我效能较低,ICT 的普遍使用较少以及依赖性较低的态度;更少的外向性格,更多的善良和责任感;更大的学术自我概念;制定在家中使用 ICT 的规则;以及对父母形象的不安全感和焦虑感减少。预测低风险行为的变量是: 高学术自我认识;与亲人的分离焦虑感低;并且在友好度上得分很高。这些结果有助于提出促进健康使用 ICT 的心理-社会-教育干预措施。
