Communication technologies as a new space to connect iberoamerican communities

The author considers that it is necessary to make a classification of the new tech-nologies of information and communication since nowadays they are in an increasing process of spreading and diversifying all over the world and this is a process that includes an important influence in all the aspects: economic, social, cultural... From this point of view this paper tries to put into practice that classification in order to make their introduction at school easier.
