This article is based on the research project titled «Pedagogical uses of a quality television for child and youth audiences», by an inter-institutional agreement between the National Commission of Television and the District University «Francisco José de Caldas» of Bogota, Colombia. Its goal is to study the look in our socio-cultural life to promote a critical education of the audiovisual area, starting from pedagogical proposals which entail citizenship.
