Is it feasible to perform a therapy or a so called psychological intervention omitting the usual ways, that is, omitting a clinical intervention? The technical advances that our society has recently experienced make answer to the previous question necessary. Elements such as the electronic mail, chat, web sites or videoconferences have transformed the Internet in a therapeutic tool, available to both professionals and patients who want to and can use it. Moreover, in some particular cases it may be the only possible way to start a therapeutic intervention..
